Era ordering

So, just to be clear, the order of the “eras” is random for some of them? That is, I keep getting the Jyeeta era before the Arbiter consolidated era (buried demons). For multiple reasons, I would like the Arbiter era to come first. Is this entirely random or is there a way to bias this?

I have played the game through on hard a few times and always got the arbiter buried demons quest first. I am doing an impossible run and Jyeeta keep popping up first. The game has been update a since playing those other run throughs.

I died and had to go back to the beginning twice. It was only the Jyeeta that for me once.

The late-game Eras do not have a fixed Era -- plague, buried demons, jyeeta.
