Rank 5 Sniper Eagle Eye 8 Initiative
In crew combat, Buff yourself with +2 Initiative, +10% Ranged Accuracy, +10% Ranged Damage, +10% Critical, +25% To Resist Debuffs for 3 Turns
Due to how tight Snipers are for initiative due to their standard weapons, expensive attack talents and the cost of entering stealth via talent, I suggest this talent no longer have debuff resist but have an initiative cost of 6 instead of 8.

Interesting feedback! We'll keep an eye on it. A sniper can use this to great effect when they have low Init remaining, don't want to shoot to avoid Init Penalty but need something to help buff their next turn.

That's true. I figured they'd use stealth in that situation, generally.

Different set of bonuses that Stealth provides. Can't funnel all the snipers into the same strat.

I figured they'd use stealth in that situation, generally. I haven't used a Sniper in a while, but when I did I would use stealth buff as the first action, and use a buff like Eagle Eye when I didn't have enough init to fire without penalty, as Andrew says.

Note that it would be a sizable buff to the job. On a penalty turn you could spend 6 init on this and then one other action that sends you back into penalty or stealth to avoid penalty.

Yes, a lot of buffs are set to 8-12 to be specifically tuned to the penalty turne.
