This is an interesting seed with a fairly nice looking map: st-v02-4-68236874
Starting zone danger: 7-8-6-9-4-4-9-11-7
De Valtos and Thulun control 5 systems, while Steel Song and Zenrin have 3. 
One drawback in that the Cadar starting system has only four planets (all Cadar). The de Valtos home system has a trade law 1 indie tradeway. Farfallen Rim is fairly accessible.

I kind of like this one.

28 quadrants, standard density. With the possible exception of Cadar, none of the starts are bottled in. Lots of potential trade loops and wildernesses on the outskirts.

DeValtos: 6 danger

Cadar 10 danger

Rychart: 5 danger

Thulun: 4 danger

Javat: 13 danger

Steel Song: 19 danger

Moklumnue: 16 danger

Alta Mesa: 9 danger

Zenrin: 12 danger

So not as dangerous as the previous one I posted.

Moklumne start only has four Mok planets but they are all very good planets.
