Red Hill Storeroom not cleared?

Hi, I have cleared the Red Hill storeroom of ratkins, but I didn't get the dialogue with Baron Giova and didn't get the bonus armor.
I've played this multiple times so I know that I've cleared everything on the floor. This is the first time I had this happened.
I tried exiting and coming back out of the level, but it still thinks I haven't cleared the level. In the quest log, it still says this quest is not completed.
Any ideas what I can do?
I'm playing on ipad ios v13.3.1 with the latest game version 5.0.6.

mlw - the cause is likely that the level isn't 100% cleared. Did you fight and kill the Deathkin boss and check every corner?

Try walking your group into the extreme points of the 4 corners, NE, NW, SE, SW.

Somewhere on that trip, you'll likely trigger a dialog that will tick the quest to done.
