Creating a party who’s OT can survive more than 3 shots

Liberated the keep, and am now clearing the rat kin under the cellar.  Vraes is tank w/ 2H hammer, Fiona Uses HS and has SOC to lvl 5 with 1h mace and enchanted spiked shield. Vincent debuffs and uses TB lv5, along with ES to lvl 4.  Selen debuffs with PS lvl5, uses DOS and QD, and I just put a point in PB. mistake? Skill points are mainly for buff duration right now.

I am determined to finish the game with these characters, but I can tell it’s not happening as built. Any suggestions?

Fyona can be a really effective frontline fighter. Consider Consecrated Defense, which makes her really tough. Reckoning gives her some AOE and a -AP to go with Selen's Pinning Shot. Vraes with Phalanx Shield is solid, but you can build him with Dex, Natural Mastery, and Burst of Speed plus the right gear and he gets pretty dodgy. Vraes and Fyona become sort of co-tanks that way. Vraes is vulnerable to a nasty string of RNG this way, but with caution it's totally playable.
