Staves not helping Kj's spell accuracy.

I have 2 staves.  one offers +2 accuracy, one I just found has +4 accuracy.  The tooltip showing my my casting dice shows the same accuracy bonus regardless of which is equipped or if neither is equipped.  I tried to include screenshots here, but failed miserably.. lol
