Recruitment bonuses for high faction rep missing
so according to the wiki, this is supposed to be a thing, yet I have never once encountered it in game.

I guess we could add it to that list?

I'm not sure it is a good addition for the player on that screen.

It does work fine, however. Just tested it yesterday, tested it again just now.
