Aetaan Char Pardon

At the beginning, I got Aetaan Char personal rep very negative along with Thulun in my case.

Later, I got Aetaan Char as a contact with Thulun rep positive and Aetaan Char personal rep negative still.

I can not buy a pardon from her.  (Because of the positive Thulun rep)

If the Thulun rep was negative, I could buy a pardon to clear both Thulun rep and Aetaan rep.

(I think I did this with Steel Song Prince in same game)

I think a change should be done to allow the buying of pardon to clear negative personal rep.
