So I followed the Zette storyline and she moved to a different planet where she took over the medical facilities. She likes me quite a bit for all the work I done for her and offers me cheaper medical care for my crew, but... There is actually no Hospital on that planet because it has too low ratings and therefore no Medical services are available there. Could you please consider to address the fact that quite often contacts that provide discounts on services spawn on planets that do not match the required ratings? Perhaps introduce a rule that such contacts raise the respective raiting of their planet to the required minimum?
