Guys - what's the max pilot level and war gear slot? I have my captain at 26 now with 31 war gear slots.
Also how many runs does it take to fill out all of the skill trees? Current on my 3rd playthrough and it looks like I will need another run.

Maximum possible Templar level is 32/
The speed of filling out the entire RQ tree is highly dependent on your play, bonuses and secondary objectives.

Ooof level 32. It takes so long just to level up. I'm my experience SO don't give RP exp..
Whats the max war gear? 37?
Also what's the best way to gain exp and level up quick? Trying to get the rest of the battleforce near my captains level.

Speed and side objective precision. Taking one side objective for 5 Xp vs taking both for 4 % less bonus Xp due to less turn speed. Stuff like that.
