Empty Trading House

I walked into a Javat trading house, clicking the "Buy" button, and there was literally nothing there for sale. There were no rumors, it wasn't an especially small pop or economy world, and I hadn't shopped there before.


I've only seen this once, last night, and I have no idea how I might reproduce it. The one possible clue is that it occurred shortly after I bought off close to 300 negative rep with Javat from a freshly installed Coalation Liaison (something that, it should be noted, took place in an entirely different system).

Also, it is helpful to use game terms like Exchange. What trading house is it? Black Market? Which buy button, there are *so* many buttons in the game with the word Buy on them

The "Exchange", yes.

The bit about just buying a pardon is the only detail of consequence I noticed.

Yep, now I am thoroughly confused.

Buying a Pardon or buying at the exchange? You can't buy Pardons at the Exchange What button?

I'm not sure how to make this clearer: I opened the exchange (or whatever it's called--the legal trading forum) with the "Buy cargo" button, and there was nothing in there, except a message that maybe I should change my filters (I didn't know there even were filters in the exchange, and I certainly didn't set any). I closed it and reopened it a couple of times, and nada. Nothing. Completely empty. I've only seen it this once, so I'm betting you won't be able to reproduce it, but I'm reporting it anyway.

The pardon I bought from a contact...obviously. As I mentioned in the OP, it was a Coalition Liaison--but that was on a different world entirely, in a different system.
