Seriously, though, I'm surprised by the total lack of spice, even without the festival to make it even sillier--I hadn't bought any spice in the hall or anything like that.

I'd like to know if it's a bug or not: I've never seen a total lack of spice in a place with a spice rating, esp. a rating that high. Could you please explain what happened?

I think it is the terrible economy.

You'd think a Spice Festival would boost the amount available, though.
