Do Blade Dancer recruits benefit from the Trade Permit level bonus? It looks like I'm seeing a bonus, but the text refers to "Merchants, Diplomats or Smugglers".

They do not. Only jobs listed there.

Then why is it telling me on top the contact can recruit level 12, but then at the bottom it's offering level 13? I don't think it mentioned a rank bonus, either. Rank shouldn't affect Blade Dancers, either, and I don't remember a rumor in that system.

I dont know... is it a bug report? You didn't mention that in the OP! Can you post a screenshots and some details of what you think is wrong?
