Ship Combat Talent Manifest

there was a discussion tonight on finding a list of talents that are ship battle related in one spot. vs filtering crew by job and seeing there talents one by one. when you aren't actually engaged in combat.

this could fit in crew/talent manifest (under ship combat), or perhaps under ship in new button/menu called Combat Talents.

just 2 cents, will encourage others to add if they have more thoughts.
