Battle with Vurnak

Hi all,

I have the following doubt: can you kill vurnak without breaking the foci?

Vurnak(himself) cornered my team in a 1 person aisle like zone.
Obviously I put Vraes as a wall and to fight Vurnak directly. The battle is not too difficult, I can keep Vraes life easily with Myshanas tears while lowering Vurnak life, in fact I "killed" him twice, but then a red light surrounds him and he gets back all his life.

My question is : does he get his life back because a foci breaks? If its like this I can continue "killing" him until all foci break, but if he will get his life back forever and ever then it makes no sense.

@bern - no, it does not break a foci when you kill him. To win the fight, you must break the foci yourself.
