how to transfer current game to another computer?

Hi, I've got a new computer and setup steam and this game, but I don't know how to continue the game I was playing on my old computer.
I tried looking through this forum but can't seem to find any answers.
Is it possible to get my game back on the new computer? Thanks

Here are the saved game locations:

Instead of Star Traders folder, just look for HeroesOfSteel instead.

Move the entire folder to the new machine.
