Suggestion: combat crew formation screen from anywhere

As someone who tends to just start clicking through menus too quickly after a time who has terrible memory, it's actually been somewhat of a problem since I lost one of my combat officers to xeno and I had to throw a non-combatant into the slot. Even after I got a new guy to replace the one I lost, the non-combatant keeps getting thrown in because I forget to put the new guy in the order, and by the time I notice it's too late to change it. So it would be nice to be able to access that screen from anywhere so that when I finish recruiting and outfitting a new combat crew, I can put them in the order immediately.

Thanks for the suggestion and I can see what you're asking. In this case, I'd suggest just taking extra time to resolve it on your next combat and then you should be set. We're trying to keep our focus (this late in the game) on high priority features and the very best content adds, so I don't think we will pick this one up.
