Sorry, the A2 Isle was very beta content snuck out on a secret entrance for players to try more than 7 years ago. It was never further developed. There are two hosts called A2 Exchange. Almost all terminals can get you to the host New Boston Exchange with only one or two connections. From there, follow the network path: New Boston Exchange -> Global Exchange -> Universal Exchange -> A2 Exchange. Note that Universal Exchange connects to _two_ hosts named A2 Exchange (and two hosts named A1 Exchange). Be sure you are going to the right one. Their IP addresses are 44.45.46.85 (owned by Yakashima) and 82.79.76.83 (owned by Aztek).
