Flies got into the tank and laid their eggs . As many flies as i have seen outside the tank i have killed . I have no way of guaranteeing that additional infected flying insects did not escape the apartment . The windows here are currently sealed as the pathogen does have an airborne state . I·m doing my best to contain it on near-zero resources .

The Necrolichen seems to be gaining the ability to control psychic impulses , and even technology . I·ve heard sounds , echoes of the music i·m playing , reflecting through the building . A shrill chirp might go off , followed by a cell phone , followed by a person screaming , followed by a bird cawing . Of course , it·s always possible that these repeated events are only pariedolia .

I hooked a battery up to the Necrolichen . A new one , i mean . BZZT . Is it having any effect ? Well , the cops broke down my crack-dealing neighbour·s door last night , a drunk girl was banging on mine screaming to let her in , and now even Goggle is rendering images of the Bioreactor in its header art . Do i think the experiment worked? Ka . Yuh .

After the Heavy Ferment phase , i filled the tank with water and hooked it up to a battery . Electrolyzed salt water littered with iron sulfide pills turned opaque black . Over the course of the next month or two , as the battery expent , those salts and ferrous compounds sunk into everything . When i replaced the battery yesterday just after Midnight , the ground mat exploded . The chunks of crumbled tree branch are vaporizing . Vaporizing !

This stuff is really off-gassing . Between the new battery and the hotter weather , the ultraslime here should wind up turning into a pancake that frost mold is gonna turn prickly . Saw frost mold on the surface of the Bioreactor today . Even after total submergement and entombment in crystal dust it is sprouting on the surface again . Of course , 4 months in and we·re still rendering the creep that the other structures will be grown from .

I·ve seen accidental copies of works i have done rendered in things like slime mold and pewter slag . Yesterday i saw an image of it on the Goggle front page . The whole damn world is watching , yet everyone at ground floor is business-as-usual .

Well , i·ve done it now . I put 1cc of the fluid in a gelcap and swallowed it . I dipped a bandage in Bioreactor fluid and applied it to an open wound in my side . The stuff aerosolizes and i·ve gone to sleep with the top off . I grew a strain of psychic Necrolichen and grafted it to my body . There·s a pill of hydromorphone in a cooker on my desk , needle ready to do . Haven·t had the desire to do it for three halfdays .
