What is the quickest way to get Nikola's Freedom story started? Nikolai's Freedom story must be completed to Unlock Diplomat starting profession. Does anybody know where to navigate to trigger it?I'll be creating new captains whose only goal is to unlock the Diplomat (ignoring all the other stories). No other interestsother than fuel, repairs, and crew costs. Would like to minimize losing ships and captains just to find the story location. Thanks

There is no specific location that you can visit to trigger it. You must visit Moklumnue planets but it only appears in the regular course of play, so "hunting it" basically requires you to play the game. Best to befriend Mok. startraders.fandom.com/wiki/Stranded_Merchant |

Thanks fallen . If wiki is right. You also designed it to allow the player to ransom Nikolai, (50K?). Much better option than fighting a legendary bounty hunter. Really appreciate that. |

Hi,
Is there a contact for the Templar? I am at a plateau now after playing about a month or so and a bit bored, as I am just going in circles doing similar missions and robbing other faction ships and Xeno ships too. Thanks.

The most active storyline with the Templar is during the BROOD era. Play through that and you'll definitely get a contact |
