unlocking xeno slayer

Hey guys n gals,
Really need some advice on how to unlock the xeno slayer award (win 20 xeno crew battles in less than 10 years),would luv to play a captain in a boarding craft.
Seems impossible.

STF's is my fav game ever,been playing a few years,its very similar to the pnp rpg's 2300AD and megatraveller which i played alot with my brother back in the day.

Any help much appreciated.

Create a zealot Captain with Attributes a and Skill b give hin high max strength quickness and wisdom. Give him 10 Blades and 5 evasion.
Get a ship with 5 officer slots.

Train 3 officers for Combat.

Try to get as Mandy of the xeno artefact Explorer skills as possible.

Go to the farfallen rim sector

Explore sell artefacts at indie worlds and Upgrade your weapons locker.

Do Not forget that you can use save slots in the Beginning. Use them to save scum a bit.
