Immolation Question

I'm not sure how critical vulnerability works. Say an enemy is hit by immolation with 10% crit vulnerability and hero has 20% crit. Does this mean if the hero attacks the enemy, he has 30% chance of inflicting crit?

Yep, exactly that. It just adds +Crit % to anyone attacking the target. This lets your hero share Crit % around. Kjartan hits the target with Immolation and then Vraes swings and gets a Crit.
