The 75 total experience awarded is correct. But 15 is NOT the number of crew awarded a chunk of XP .
15 is the size of the chunk of XP reward. The number of crew that received XP chunk in this instance was: Total (75) / Size of Chunk (15) = 5 = number of XP chunks awarded NOT necessarily awarded to UNIQUE crew .. Crew members can receive multiple XP chunks of the reward ..
Example 2:
56 total / 14 chunk size = 4 size 14 XP chunks
