either doesn't provide any fuel ..
or it tries to provide it BEFORE the action of playing a card and consuming fuel is performed ..
So first roll with a full tank of gas (presumably) we spend 6 days looking for this fuel reserve .. We find it .. But our fuel tanks are full ..
Well the action is over know .. guess it costed us 6 fuel .. lets go and substract that ...
Or maybe it the fuel you burn from the refueling station back to someother place ..but then why call this card positive reward and pollute the reward pool with it ?
