I'm Rychart , have trade permit 2 with Rychart and they are in trade alliance with De Valtos ..

Atlas view hover De Valtos flag doesn't only NOT show the (temporary TP 2 granted by the conflict) BUT WARNS ME I won't be able to sell my advanced medicine from cargo hold because IT REQUIRES  trade permit 2 with De Valtos and I DON'T have it !  

Only ..going against the conflicting UI feedback to zone .. docking .. opening exchange window view .. O yeah .. Actually there seems to be a valid permit for you Rychard scum after all .. Yeah you can sell those ..legally ..just this time ...
