The Witch!

I was so stoked starting a new game and seeing her as an option! And so far I've spent a couple hours planning her talents and trying to figure out how best to use her. What do you guys think?

I'm running a team with Kincaid, KJ, Syvana, and Selen. I figure since Syvana doesn't seem to be much of a tank, need to have melee Selen on the front lines. And since Sylvana has a couple options for Armor debuffs, paired with Choking Ash and immolation, I'm running a TK Kincaid. 

My priorities with Sylvana are getting Quagmire up to level 6 for the -2p cloud, then I am torn. I like the idea of throwing spears, just seems badass, but she has so many cool curse talents I could easily see a world where she is just a full time curser. These death curses are so fun to think about, I can't wait for the CoD mobs. How do y'all plan to run her?

Apologies if I quoted it wrong, I still don't know how to do this, but you wouldn't need to create another character Yes I got excited about a new character, I joined discord but discord seems pretty messed up (I'm saying this with the utmost respect) Please could you consider creating a subeditt on reditt, I feel things are more organized on this site/forum template than on a server

Haven't played in a while and discoverwd the new witch character. I went to discord for build advice/critique with the new skills but cannot find info. It looks like there is just 1 thread for #heroes and no way to search for witch posts. Any suggestions since this board is ojtdated? Thanks Fallen.

@gr8scott2 - that is the place to go for sure, just post some questions and players are still hanging out and talking. No one has written any guides that I know of at this time.

fallen  Discord doesn't have threads?  Basically just a chat. Seems a bit cumbersome for the amount of different info people look for. Sorry to see john robinson hasn't been on for his info.  

I think we have a druid, not a witch. Recognizing the gods, divine healing, ability to use a wood spear, control of earth elements, quagmire and Web (hex) spell all say druid. A witch would be intelligent arcane spellcaster(slot 2), not able to use a spear or heal, and not recognize the gods for powers. It seems like such a mismatch in the healer slot. Change her outfit to forest brown, title to druid, and a few dialogue references to Tavensa and It's a much better role play sync, IMO.

Gr8Scott - depending on the amount of traffic in the game, there are forum threads but we haven't turned them on for Heroes at this time.

I do disagree about druid vs. witch for the lore of Heroes of Steel, but you can imagine her being a druid if that is better for your RP!
