You probably bought it before 3.55. And it went away on that release, I think, to become a reward. The Water Damaged apartment should have this happen to it, and the Run-Down Duplex, since they are Ox and Fennian ladder rewards. But fallen, if you do this, can you please make at least one building in Oxland we can lease? Spending 100 credits a night at the Rare Flask Inn gets expensive.
