Small Quiet Apartment in Fenns Missing?

Hi Guys! I'm buying all the safe houses in NBZ but I can't find the real estate house that sells the Small Quiet Apartment in Fenns

Does anyone know where I can purchase the electronic key for the unit?

I couldn't find it either, and I have a char who really does think he has all the safehouses.

I have old char which has that safehouse
I started new char to check what Los V could offer (to my all Knights they are meat-punching bag), but as above, I got nothing.
if she wanna 'flow in a river' I could give her cement shoes...

The first property offered up for lease at Independent Properties is the Run Down Apartment in the Fenns for 1000Y. High Tower Real Estate offers 2 properties in the Commonwealth for 5000Y each, and Vacations and More offers 3 properties in the Commonwealth for 3500Y, so unless you mean 'you cannot buy, only lease them' I fear you are mistaken here.

And actually, there is a bug. The Run Down Apartment is not in the Fenns, it is in Roxbury Crossing. But if you buy the key to the Run Down Apartment, it's *the Small Quiet Apartment* in the Fenns which shows up as 'safehouse active', and which you can enter. You cannot enter the Run Down Apartment in Roxbury Crossing.

You're right grav. Just bought the property and it shows as "Small Quiet Apartment" in my PDA

I coulda sworn that I bought this already but it wasn't showing in my list
