Attached is a spreadsheet that I've thrown together. Rather than checking a few different resources, I ended just pooling some information together. I doctored it up a bit so it isn't so crappy looking, but more changes will be coming once I find more time  At any rate, feel free to do whatever with it, it's just a resource I thought others would enjoy. I'm planning on updating it and re-posting it every so often, unless of course it's sparingly used, then I won't worry about it lol. Attachments:

I had a bit of difficulty - not having MS Windows. My old spreadsheet software doesn't know how to open it. Google docs rescued me. Maybe consider having it as an on-line doc, something like,
THISThen you or people you designate could keep it up-to-date without having to keep posting attachments. An idea anyway. Thanks for the spreadsheet.  dM |
