I've seen only 2 friendly encounter scenario so far when you're in friendly faction territory.
1. You get random job offers for 100 nu-yen.
2. When you get checked, no matter what illegal job you have they let you pass.
I was wondering if anyone has seen the favor scenario? I also notice that every time I get someone is following you in friendly territory, its either "no is there" or "we have been following you".
No one offers me v-chips or cash anymore in faction areas that I'm well liked
