pjhoodsta - yep, exactly. The savoir-kit is primed to your armor and goes into action if it detects the wearer is dying. You get HP back. Rumor has it the mega-corps are working on a similar system for MP.

if it would be static - so looking at formula - all shots from one burs should take the same amount of damage or if first didnt hit, then next with lower attack will also shouldnt hit
or on melee combat if first hit will be accurate - then next with higher attack should always hit
and so on

The Attacker's and Defender's scores are used to generate a pair of random numbers from the Cyber Dice and then the results are compared.
Essentially, the scores are used to select a set of dice that are rolled, not used as the base for a score.
