to be honest I like 'Face' name. it reminds me Face from A-Team and this CK specialization is simillar

I have been internally using 'Social Manipulator' as the title for my Faces. But I like Arbiter, and Power Broker as well. Negotiator seems a bit, ah, prosaic.

I have been internally using 'Social Manipulator' as the title for my Faces. But I like Arbiter, and Power Broker as well. Negotiator seems a bit, ah, prosaic. If we shortened Social Manipulator to just Manipulator, that would describe perfectly what the Face Master does in CK ;D |

I never had a problem with "Face Master" all those episodes of A-Team I watched as a kid made it clear what the characters role is. Many pnp rpgs I played in had a person using Face as insperation for their character.
Manipulator is accurate and acceptable, but Arbiter has that dark futuristic ring to it. ;D

The problem with Arbiter is its connotation of authority, especially legal authority. Of course it is not entirely clear what 'legal' means in 2217, something related to but not synonymous with what it means today in North America, for sure.

grävling Your right, and that's kind of what I'm going for...the Arbiter ends the disputes of the NBZ by any means necesary. Preferably through his good negotiation and manipulation skills, if not, his team of hired muscle (he got at a good price I might add) takes care of anyone unreasonable. Getting payed very well the whole time. ;D Just my cooler image anyway. Face will do, but perhaps younger people may not get the referance of what being a "Face" is. Hmmm... Gravis, Arbiter of the NBZ or Gravis, Face of the NBZ. What sounds better?
