Read all about it in an employee briefing dropped by Mars Corp senior manangers after you ice them. If you keep making Texas Powers happy, he will give you a Downtown Gateway Security Pass. The Security Pass for the Warehouse near Mars Importers is sold by a Contact in the Mars VIP room. And the Yakashima weapons store isn't open for business yet. |

The documentation that grav mentions is the memo to Mars operators which you find as a rare "drop". The very nature of the Cyber Knight (as explained in some of the leaked documents mentioned above) prevents you from ever truly being trusted by a faction. Your human-interface with your quantum computer makes you the perfect agent for work-in-the-shadows, but also the perfect double-agent. You could never be trusted.
