Rapid Rank 1 bug

Hi, I'm running ST Elite on a Samsung Galaxy Y, Model: GT-I8150 and am having an issue with the Rapid Rank 1 award. I've been playing as a pirate on Challenging and got to Rank 3 by 60.0 E (plus or minus a few weeks).
However, upon getting to my home Palace, I couldn't receive the award. I'd select 'Record Exploits' and it would return 'No Awards Claimed'. This despite the fact that I arrived at the Palace well before the Award deadline.
This is still the case now, the deadline having passed .

Welcome to the forum Werepuppy! Quick question - did you get to LEVEL 3 or RANK 3? I only ask because the rapid rank awards are all about military rank. When I was starting out, I mistakenly strived for the level rather than rank.

Ranks are military ... you need to donate to the good cause that is the faction coffers, and in return they give you an ever-fancy a title, whereas levels are based the skills/attributes based on the XP gained from your actions and prowess as a legend ... wait for it ... dary captain.

Maybe the description could clarify that it is indeed military rank that is required and not level?
