How do I get the updates for my Kindle Fire? I purchased the app 45 days ago from Amazon. The update was just released, and Amazon takes a few days to look it over before allowing it. |

Thanks, I was wondering though if it is a free update or do I have to pay each time the game is updated? I could not see anywhere on Amazon that talked about just an update. |

Updates should never cost additional money, and they don't for this game. Purchase = lifetime updates.

@bignburly - you can get the update for free on Amazon. It may be a timing issue. I am not finding anywhere to just update a app that is already purchased on Amazon. I enjoy the game enough that I would buy it again, but if I do so is there another source that I WILL be able to get the updates from? Since there are frequent updates I would like to be able to keep up, without buying every time. Also, I am afraid that if I buy the newest version instead of an update I would lose the captains I have spent so much time building up rank, unless there is a way to import them. I know import from the free version worked, because that is where I started. |

New bounty AI type? Does that mean you've replaced the old AI with a new one, or that you added a new AI in addition to the old bounty AIs?

@bignburly Your update through Amazon should happen as soon as Amazon makes the update available (it can take days or worst-case weeks). There is no cost to the upgrade. The nice thing though is that ST RPG is such a mature product, the updates are more tweaks than radical changes. If you are on a version that is one or two builds out-of-date, it's still perfectly fine. If you were to change over to the Google Play market, you'd get much more rapid updates. They will make it available as soon as Cory does. The big gotcha is that you will not be able to transfer your captains and unlocks/awards from the Amazon version to the Play version. You get the exciting prospect of starting all over again  |
