I've completed a couple requirements for new ships or captain classes and did not get them available. My records show completed but the pop up for needing to unlock still prevents me from getting the ship or spy class. Help?

Almost certainly difficulty issues.
There are "Unlocks" and there are "Awards"
You can achieve Awards that are part of an Unlock at difficulties that do not trigger the Unlock.
This is a very common question. If you post the specific Unlock you're having trouble with (ships, classes) I can explain the difficulty required and help you achieve it.

The spy profession and picky beggar ship. I believe I completed the required level. It should have unlocked

Also I know it's obvious and you've almost certainly done it, but I just want to check that you've gone and recorded your exploits in the hall of records. Sometimes, you can see you've achieved an award by looking at your stats, but nothing is official until you've gone in the hall of records.
