These awards:
Triple Clan: Smuggler Hold availability bonus
Triple Syn: Databank availability bonus
Doom Reaper III: Escape Shuttle availability bonus
are all missing their difficulty level requirement. It's also kind of hard to gauge whether or not the bonus is in effect. So does the absence of a level requirement mean there is none or was it just left out by accident?

Probably means the bonus will be active for whatever captain completes it, and its not permenent. Then again I don't know for sure, better to wait for wiser people on this

That's an interesting point about non-permanent rewards. Are there actually some of them like that?

I think this means it's not a level-dependent unlock. I haven't seen anything suggesting that any unlocks are non-permanent.

There are no non-permanent unlocks that I am aware of.
I will double check the text for these unlocks. Thank you for the post.

Adding the text "on Current Difficulty and Below"
So if you earn the Award on Hard, all games of Hard or easier will have the Unlock enabled.
Basically, if you have this Award and keep playing on the same difficulty (or a lower one) you'll get a 50/50 chance to get that Upgrade at each Spaceport you visit.
