@cory is there a way or place for we customers to complain on your behalf? Does the number of complaints from consumers help get their attention?

I am only speculating anyway.
We are asking for help from Google as politely as possible.
The recent press and posts haven't been positive, but I don't think taking the fight to Google will do any good.
My biggest hope is that they write us back on one of our support requests (aside from an automated message.)
