It says:
+ If your mental health rating is at 10, you gain an additional D3 of action points each round.
+ If your mental health rating is above 9, you gain an additional D2 of action points each round.
I think what really happens is:
+ If your mental health rating is exactly 9, you gain an additional D2 of action points each round. If it is 10 or more, you gain an additional D3 of action points each round.
While you are at this section, add this sentence.
The dice in this game have numbers from 0 to n-1, so if you are getting, for example, an additional D3, then you will receive 0, 1 or 2 more AP every round.
This will save a lot of confusion for the people who expect a d3 to give them 1, 2 or 3.

AP section of the manual --cybernetic implants s/D3 bons/D3 bonus/
Armor section s/Ballstic Armor/Ballistic Armor/
I think that it should say
Ballistic Defense is determined by the combat armor you are wearing ... Deflection Defense is determined by the combat armor you are wearing ....
and you should add a line saying that certain cybernetic implants can improve your ballistic and deflection defense values.

@gravilng- resolved your suggestions, but not sure how it leaves the rest of the combat sections. Will consult with Cory.
