Question about ladder connectors

Well, i'm new to this game and i totally enjoyed playing it so far, got my second char to ~600XP already and tried to get up the Fennian ladder without hurting the other factions to badly. Now i got >250 rep with Fennians already, and still, this McCougan guy won't talk to me... is this like it's meant to be, or rather a bug? any hint at how many rep is needed to talk to this guy?

When he says that he is not ready, he means 'Cory hasn't finished writing me yet'. When Cory gets done with this he will let us know.

hunta - thanks for posting on the forum about it. As grävling says, we just haven't written him up yet. We are still working on phase 1 Ladders for every Faction before we hit phase 2. Sorry for the wait! Hope you are using the other Fennian perks.
