Sometimes when things like this happen you can wander around until you have a 'random encounter'. Opt to fight. You may get incarnated outside of jail.

Success!!!
I got worried when the first few encounters were all dome related issues,
but eventually i had a hostile encounter....
the game almost instantly went to a victory screen,
so i used Stealth Exit & was spawned on the "right" side of the fence.
good thing i had a pocket full of pills to keep me going...
o.O
