I know I've been making aot of posts lately. I've just had a lot of ideas about this game. And I've been thinking of some new bonuses for some of the officers.
For MO
Inreased gun accuracy
Increased torp acuracy
Increased inimidate
Increased chance of geting blockade contracts (not just better pay)
For Political
Contract bonus for messages
Chance of captain getting of off execution of imprisonmnt charge for a price (depends on rep. Lower rep means more money needed for pay-offs, bribes, pardons, etc. and lower chance)
Can get returned permit/rank/warrant (depending on rep and what was done to lose rank/permi/warant. If you have a rep of 10000 with de valtos, an you fail ONE contract, the PO is likely to be able to get rank back for you)
For Exo-Scout/Smuggler
Avoids military/bounties
Warns saptain when he hears a rumor of treasure hunters at a place cache was stored
Increase resistance vs. Search
Increases chance of getting delivery contracts, not just increased pay
For Pilot
Stealth bonuses in addtion to pilot bonuses (especilly for combat to help change range at long range and avoid torps)
Increased chance of getting passanger contracts, not just increased pay
For Spy
Increases patrol operation (stacks with records bonus)
Rumor bonus at Halls
Better pay for selling records
Increase rep for seling records (more when in spy war)
Increases chance of getting survaillence contracts, not just increased pay
For Templar
Greater chance of getting alien kill contracts (have had templar for many captains, some going past lv50 and one past lv100 on impossible. Have not seen ONE alien kill contract)
Increased chance of geting assasinate contracts (not just increased pay)
For Veteran
Increased chance of getting alien kill contracts with Templar on-board
Prevents alien bonus with artifacts (so aliens don't get a bonus if you have artifacts)
Decreases crew casualties when haresting/exploring on planet with a rumor of aliens
Greater alien/narvadian damage bonus (currently not high enough)
Stops ship flight (if ship is moving) and warns captain in deep space when near sector with alien attacks rumor (and tells coordinates)
Significantly increased chance of alien encounters when patrolling sector/planet with alien attacks rumor (1 of 20 chance for red sector. Less for dead planets)
