I love the way the game has been shaping up! I'm looking forward to the matrix being completed. Had a couple ideas I've wanted to bounce off.
Some time in the future, would you consider adding more skills and attributes? I love shaping the dynamics of the characters through stat customization and for me, that's the best portion of the game. Although, I'm not sure what else could be added that could affect different aspects at the moment. The more that's added in, the more difficult it would be to determine what's important when and the more difficult the game could become.
Also with stats, how about with each character you make, you get a random allocation of different attributes and stats so each character would have their own personal weaknesses and strengths from the get-go. Or an option to use the current stats per classes, the randomization method, or even where you choose (to an extent) where to put your stats themselves.
Speaking of customization lmao, would you consider adding more factors to the personal customization difficulty? I know that was talked about briefly in another thread somewhere and there were a couple really good suggestions for it. Maybe something involving rep, something involving heat, and a couple more handicapping options for players who want things slightly more difficult, or slightly easier depending?
How about a bank system, and tying into the difficulty so if you die with cash on hand, you could lose some of it as well. I'm also really looking forward to politics coming into play so that when my rep lowers in one area, it rises in another and vise-versa.
Something involving bribes would be awesome as well. Maybe to increase your negative rep for a faction slowly to get it to neutral. Or bribing Bravestar or KH to lower overall heat, but at the risk of lowering rep for the opposing faction, and raising specific heat in the opposing factions territory.
An option to fully customize computers would be cool too.
I was also thinking of a separate in-game overall ladder that'll involve a huge business and political side of things, eventually leading up to the ability to start your own faction through climbing a ladder as a connector, fixer, data hound; having different knights under you, hiring and getting rid of those below you if you deem necessary.
You guys do an amazing job with the game. I hope some of my ideas are interesting and help with growth. In my opinion, this is better than Shadowrun ever was, and it's only going to keep getting better. Keep up the amazing work!
