Hi I just recently got the game and it is one of the best I have ever played! I can't stop playing it. I actually was brought to it by the Youtube channel. I was wondering if maybe you could make a video showing how to get Expert Contractor (25). I've been having trouble on it and saw that you had a couple strategy videos on the channel. So please think about doing a video.
Thanks!

From the help file:
24 contracts, fail <9, reject <9, expire <9
This should actually say 25 contracts successfully completed, having failed to complete less than 9 contracts, rejected less than 9 contracts, and having had less than 9 contracts expire before before completion. You must reach 25 successfully completed contracts before any of the other three factors hit 9.
This is a simple numbers game, and not anything a video (which would be quite long) could really help you with.

I find Java Bounty Hunter with Vae Victus.
Don't buy anything other than a Trade Permit until you complete the Award.
Don't hit the Reject button (thus, playing a BH gives you better chance of success for each Contract.
I save 7 of Rejects for "Capture" and "Surveillance" contracts which are hardest at the beginning.
Prefer to take Contracts from Spice Halls. Don't be picky about who you work for.

Play as an explorer, don't do any contracts. Get to about level 20, should have a decent ship by that point, plenty of cash on hand and + rep with all 6 factions. You can then do contracts one at a time, without having to reject any of them. That's how I managed it (also for exemplar contractor, complete 50 contracts)

I would actually like to see a general tutorial vid on youtube. Like knowing what contracts you should/shouldnt do, clan warfare, stuff like that just to make the game ...er...less hostile to new players

abysmal -- all right, that's a good idea. "Starter Tutorial" or something.

If you're looking to grow your YouTube vid list, I would suggest an officer guide. Although it's all covered in the help file now, a vid showing how to find each officer, what they do, and how to bolster their bonuses would be a good addition in my opinion.
To that end, video illustrations of many of the topics covered in the help doc could be entertaining and informative.

chromeada - with a limited amount of time for dev / drawing / videos, we have to focus on the most useful and most popular. I think the help file will have to suffice for the Officers for now!

For completing contracts withut failing, I suggest taking only message, passenger and package contracts. Save rejects for any other contracts, as message passenger and acage contracts are easy to complete Also, get the smugglers hold so you cold surreder to anyone without yur contracts being taken. And Id do 3 at a time, but make sure they're all close to each other.
