Hey Cory, I've been playing the free version of ST RPG for some time now and love it. I thought I would upgrade to Elite, but now I can't seem to get Elite installed on my device. I'm using the Android marketplace as my app store, and by ST RPG Elite, it shows "Purchased". I go to download the game and downloading seems to be successful, but then nothing happens. Looking at "my apps", it still shows ST RPG Elite with "Purchased" rather than "Installed" and the game isn't on my device. I've got an HTC Desire HD, and am really keen to kill many many hours/days playing this game Is there anything that I can do to get Elite installed? BTW, I've even uninstalled the free version and unmounted the SD card, yet still no joy. Cheers Stu

You might need to click the "purchased" button. The Market UI varies from device to device.
I would investigate the status under Manage Applications.
If you paid for the application and cannot get it to work just e-mail me your order number and I will refund you the cost of the application and apologize.

Try clicking the word purchased in the market after selecting the app

I definitely clicked on "Purchased", then the button changed to "OK", which I also clicked. A dialog appeared saying "Your item will be downloaded", then that's about it really. Nothing actually does get downloaded. I reeeeeeallly want to get Elite going cos ... well Space Traders is just so fantastically addictive. I even resorted to reinstalling the free version to get my daily/hourly fix .

Ha! solved the problem by purchasing again ... for some reason the first charge didn't allow me to do the install. Don't worry about the refund though - I'm happy to offer the second purchase as a donation because you're so actively working on the game making it better every day. Cheers Stu

I am willing to bet you $2 that your credit card || billing address || zip code || CCV was not correct on the first order. It is, in fact, impossible to purchase the game twice on the Android Market (people have tried, and asked that I allow this.) If you e-mail me your name I can verify for you that the card was only charged once. You should be able to do the same thing for yourself by logging into checkout.google.com/PS: All updates are free and cannot charge your card. This is Google's policy.
