First of all, thanks for making the game! I searched the android store for cyberpunk and that's what I got. I bought elite (how could I not at the price?) while I was at it (if you change the custom difficulty settings to allow no xp loss for cybernetic enhancements I will find some way to buy it again). Also, is there some way to register that I've bought the game on the forum? I'm thinking along the lines of what they do over at Paradox.
I've searched a little bit, but I'm finding it hard to figure a few things out -
For the streets, are there ladders, is there a boss to get in with, or is it not as beneficial as other groups? I'm liking blue ox, but working in that area in the beginning is properly daunting. I like the idea of the streets, and possibly spreading the streets, but I'm assuming that's not in right now.
Also, I'm assuming at some point I can find runners in VIP rooms? Is this correct? I've found one person doing the "listen" but they weren't a hireable person.
I can finally stop playing shadowrun on a genesis emulator! Thanks in advance.

jackarbiter - Thanks, and we are glad you are enjoying CK. Removing the XP penalties at lower level difficulties is interesting idea. - There is no official Streets ladder yet. There is one in one of the storys under development. About half the factions have ladders so far in the BETA version. The streets also lack a prince / boss. - Blue Ox is always a hard faction to work for. Generally, you're best off staying in the southern gang territories until you harden up a bit. Glad you are enjoying the extra challenge up there! - Yes, you can hire your team in the VIP room. Using Listen and the other buttons in the VIP room pass time, spend a little money, but give you options to meet interesting characters passing through there (Data Hounds, Connectors, Fixers, Drug Dealers, specialist item sales-people, and also ... Persona Fixers). You are looking for Persona Fixer who will hire you your first Runner. Once you have your first Runner hired, after they leave (7 days) you can re-hire them (and all their gear, cyber and XP) by using the Team Actions page. We are working on ways to enable getting more permanent team members! - If you'd like to show extra support for Trese Brothers (on the forum, specifically), you can donate to get a [ Supporter ] or [ Elite Supporter] badge on the forum. Thanks for the info Fallen, I wasn't sure about the options other than listen. About an hour before your reply i did find a persona fixer, and hiring the blue moon guy from him probably would have kept me from my permadeath about 5 minutes later, but instead I asked him for a job and couldn't find him again Information about building a team on the main site might be a little more open about this, the best google search I could find only said that you couldn't hire people (from a year ago) even though I knew you could from having read around. But yes I know this is beta so I have no complaints thus far. I might throw some mission ideas around in the other thread a little later. Probably start with blue ox ideas.

jackarbiter - Glad you had the option at least to hire someone. Listen, drink, and eat in a backroom and you will have a chance to see the Persona Fixers more. Thanks for the tip about the bad Google page -- I found the page on our web site and fixed it! If you are interested in higher level jobs, please see this thread ( startradersrpg.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=ckrpgtalk&action=display&thread=2798) where we are currently asking for suggestions on multi-step jobs (or Operations).
