I can't be sure this is a bug, but it does not make sense to me, so here goes.
I have noticed that whenever a contract is completed--of whatever kind-- for one of the factions in an alliance, you lose both rank and reputation with the other member of the alliance. Seems to me that alliance members ought to be "happy" when the other faction is successful, not "angry". I realize there is no positive gain in an alliance, but why is there a penalty?
