Is the Dallterrix NaviComp PortaCPU (rating 10, jobs 5) the best PC we can find currently? I've finally almost got enough money saved up to get it. lol

Chummer, that Dallterrix is über sweet and fraggin' stuzzy. More capacity than you can shake a D-courier with, and it runs smooth even after a glancing ricochet.

No. The best have seen, and I think the best in the game now is the Yakashima Galaxy Hyper-Z Rating 15 Storage 9000MP Jobs 6. Costs Y342560
However, unless you are doing serious hacking, you will find that a Firewatch Commander CPU at Y10540 (yes, an order of magnitude cheaper) Rating 2 Storage 164 Jobs 4 gives much better price performance. And there are so many other things to spend that lovely cash on.

Grrrrr. I had to start all over. Screen won't finish loading. So where can you find the firewatch? It's not listed on the reference sheet (locationwise) and I have enough to get it now. Thanks

It is for sale in one of the backrooms. I can mail you which one and who sells it if you want me to.

Speaking of computers, is "rating " in the game yet, if so what does it do?

Speaking of computers, is "rating " in the game yet, if so what does it do? Rating is not yet used, it shows the rating of the CPU and the maximum program rating that can be loaded by that computer. Coming soon with Matrix v3
