I'm having issues with record exploits not being recognized after completing the requirements and not being able to access unlocked content from award that are. completed and recognized. In addition, some awards that I earned on another file are being re-awarded to another pilot. For example, I completed Expert Contractor and it recognizes it in the awards menu but when I try to select Spy it says I haven't completed the challenge.

Awards and Unlocks aren't exactly the same thing -- you can earn Awards on different difficulty levels, but Unlocks are tied to a specific difficulty level (or above.)
I am sure we can help, just need more details I think to explain what is happening with your situation.

Most unlocks carry over to all captains after earning them. They only exception ive found is tied to difficulty, where some rewards apply to current difficulty and lower. Nothings worse than earning an award, and seeing you were on the wrong difficulty.  |

Here's an example: Captain A earned Record X on difficulty hard. Then Captain B playing on demanding clicks record exploits in the palace and up pops "Captain A earned Record X on difficulty hard". I'm not talking about the list of what's possible, completed and character. The game toasts up records for other captains.

I have never seen this or heard of it on any phone or tablet. I want to help fix, just need to figure out what it is happening on your device so I can maybe try to recreate it. |

I have been testing on my Droid X 2.3.4 (Verizon) device for several hours with Awards today and I still haven't been able to recreate this. I'm concerned!
I've reviewed all 500 lines of award rules and most of it is over a year old, no recent changes and this is the first report I've had of this. I will keep investigating -- does it happen on a specific award or any award?
