Starport development bug

Hi Cory,

Just want to bring it up and also verify with other players that when the rumor saying that starport or starcraft developments on a planet are active, all the upgrades are enabled, except the newer ones that were just added i.e the barrage guns upgrade and the rest of them.

Any other player can just help verify it?

oh man that's an obvious and terrible bug. it resulted from a lack of re-testing that rumor after adding upgrades and I am ashamed.

so, less than 58 minutes after you posted I sent the bug fix to the review system.
